We accept exchanges or store credits for items damaged in transit. The items need to be in their original packaging, and unused.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange or store credits, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your product at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us in its original packaging and unused condition. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a new product, if available. If a replacement is not available we will give you full credit to purchase another item from our store. You also have the option to wait until the product becomes available to get the replacement which is out of stock.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or used items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Quanta Vici only accepts replacements in the case of a damage. If you need to exchange an order for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with video/photos to help us diagnose the problem, if the product was proven defective or damaged, it will be eligible for a replacement
If you wish to cancel your order right after placing it, or during the process of preparing your order, and we have not yet shipped it out, a processing and handling fee of $25 will be charged. This charge is made by the credit card companies.
If you cancel your order and we already sent it (i.e. we have the tracking number or the tracking number has been sent) we won’t be able to cancel the order, we will need to treat it as an exchange.
To return your product, you are required to contact us prior to shipping the item for confirmation.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, if there is a replacement package expected, then you will be required to cover the replacement unit's shipping fee as well. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Quanta Vici is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Quanta Vici will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
