Quanta Vici Inc. operates this public website to show our designs while products are out of stock. There is no checkout or customer account on this site.

Information from a visit

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical requests needed to deliver and secure the site. Those requests may include your IP address, browser information, pages requested and the time of access. Search runs in your browser against a static index, but the search term appears in the page URL and may reach our hosting provider as part of that request. We do not ask for payment information on this site.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive the address, message and any information you choose to send. We use it to answer you, handle any related customer request and, if you ask, tell you when availability returns. Please do not send payment card details by email.

Other services and past orders

Some pages use third-party design libraries or embedded media. Loading them can send technical request information to their providers. Social media and other external links take you to sites with their own privacy practices. Historical orders and customer records remain in our private Shopify account and are handled for support, accounting and legal obligations; they are not published on this site.

Use, protection and retention

We use information for site operation, security, customer support and legal or accounting obligations. We share it with service providers only as needed for those purposes or where required by law. Providers may process information outside Canada. We restrict access to private records and keep them only as long as needed for these purposes or required by law.
